On May 13, 2014, eleven students of Traditional Shaolin Wushu Association of Lithuania completed their short-term training in Shaolin Temple and went back to Lithuania.

On May 4, 2014, the students of Traditional Shaolin Wushu Association of Lithuania led by their head Tomas Lapinskas arrived at Shaolin Temple and warmly received by Ven. Abbot Yongxin. Tomas Lapinskas reported to Ven. Abbot Yongxin traditional Shaolin Kungfu’s development in Lithuania. He presented Ven. Abbot Yongxin “amber life tree” which wishes the friendship between China and Lithuania last forever and Shaolin culture flourishes in Lithuania. Ven. Abbot Yongxin presented him Shaolin picture album and highly praised the effort Traditional Shaolin Wushu Association of Lithuania had made in spreading Shaolin culture in Europe. Ven. Abbot Yongxin encouraged them to study hard and bring more orthodox Shaolin culture to Lithuania.
